Fair Play Equestrian is privately owned and operated by Jessica Schultz and Scott Sipala, providing both an active training and sales operation and a fun, energetic environment to enjoy your equine partner.

On-site advanced level event trainer Jessica Schultz specialized in training and producing young horses up the levels in the sport, restarting OTTBs, and assisting in marketing and campaigning of sale horses.

Advanced level/ CCI3-L rider Jessica Schultz is available for training and lessons.

Known for producing both client and personal horses from the start, as well as competing top horses in the upper levels of Eventing.

Meet the Owners

Jessica Schultz and Scott Sipala

A few years after meeting at nursing school, Scott & Jessica acquired their farm from Lloyd and Linda Sullivan, who made their dreams possible. Together, Scott and Jessica run the farm with boarding, training, and sale horses while also working as registerd nurses. Jessica works at University Hospital in the ICU and Scott at the VA on a CLC. With great clients, healthy horses, hard work and luck they've been fortunate to experience progress year after year.
